Easy Bisquick Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 2 cups bisquick
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup bisquick
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons firm butter

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 375°f.
• 2 grease round pan.
• 3 prepare streusel topping (1/3 cup bisquick, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and butter) and set aside.
• 4 mix well bisquick, milk, sugar and egg.
• 5 spread in pan and sprinkle with streusel topping.
• 6 bake 18-20 minutes.
