Easter Nest Eggs

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 slices black forest ham
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 english muffins (halved and toasted)
  • 1 pint of 18% cream (coffee creamer)
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 grease 8 muffin cups.
  • 2 line each cup with a slice of ham.
  • 3 break egg over top of each cup.
  • 4 add a tea spoon of cream in each one.
  • 5 sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
  • 6 half fill empty cups of muffin tin with water.
  • 7 bake at 350°f for about 25 minutes.
