Granite Steps Country Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (12 ounce) can buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries or 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 grease 9 inch square baking dish.
- 3 in small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 4 separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits and cut each into quarters.
- 5 dip each piece in melteed butter and coat with brown sugar mixture.
- 6 arrange in a single layer in a baking dish.
- 7 sprinkle with half the oats.
- 8 combine the blueberries and sugar in a bowl and toss to coat.
- 9 spoon over biscuits.
- 10 sprinkle remaining oats on top.
- 11 drizzle remaining butter over top.
- 12 bake for 20 minutes or until cake is golden brown and center is done.
- 13 cool for 20 minutes.
- 14 serve warm.
