Depot Coffee House Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup crisco
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 tablespoons molasses
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 cups rolled oats
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 beat together: crisco, brown sugar.
• 3 add eggs, molasses, milk, salt, baking soda, baking powder.
• 4 add whole wheat flour.
• 5 add rolled oats.
• 6 mix in butterscotch chips by hand.
• 7 bake about 12 minutes (depending on your oven).
