Mexican Style Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 2 cups dannon plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup prepared salsa
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl combine yogurt and salsa.
- 2 mix well.
- 3 spoon the yogurt mixture into a strainer lined with a coffee filter.
- 4 place a bowl under the strainer to catch the liquid (whey) that drains off.
- 5 cover and refrigerate 12 hours
- 6 discard liquid.
- 7 add cilantro.
- 8 mix well.
- 9 add salt and pepper to taste.
