Mexican Sundae

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 85 g chocolate pieces
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 3 small bananas
  • vanilla ice cream (as required) or coffee ice cream (as required)
  • chopped roasted almonds (as required)

Recipe

  • 1 put the chocolate pieces and whipping cream in a pan.
  • 2 keep over a low flame.
  • 3 stir constantly, until the chocolate melts and is mixed with the cream.
  • 4 once melted, remove from heat.
  • 5 keep aside to cool.
  • 6 peel the bananas and cut into four crosswise long pieces.
  • 7 put one slice per bowl with a scoop of coffee or vanilla ice cream and sprinkle roasted almonds on top.
  • 8 lastly, pour chocolate sauce over each bowl.
  • 9 serve chilled.
