Ingredients

• 2 cups hot coffee
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
• chocolate whipped cream
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Recipe

• 1 heat the milk and syrup together in a saucepan, but do not let it boil.
• 2 stir in the coffee.
• 3 serve topped with whipped cream.
• 4 to ice this one up, cool your coffee in the fridge, add 6 ice cubes and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, blend well, top with chocolate whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
