- 4 ounces hvd adirondack applejack
- 4 ounces apple cider
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 slices peeled gingerroot (1/8㢠)
- 1 dash vanilla
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer, add caramel sauce after pouring.
- 2 serve in an irish coffee glass and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
