Cranberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

- 2 cups bisquick
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2/3 cup jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine the bisquick, sugar, milk and egg.
- 2 pour into greased 8" square baking dish.
- 3 drop cranberry sauce by teaspoonfulls over the batter.
- 4 combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over cranberry sauce.
- 5 bake at 400* for 18-23 minutes or until a toothpick at the center comes out clean.
- 6 cool on a wire rack.
- 7 in a small bowl, combine the glaze ingredients. drizzle over coffee cake.
