Mexican Irish Coffee

Ingredients

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 6 cups hot black coffee
• 1/2 cup irish whiskey
• 1/4 cup tequila (your choice) or 1/4 cup tia maria (your choice)

Recipe

• 1 whip the cream with 1 teaspoon sugar until soft peaks form, set aside.
• 2 combine remaining sugar, coffee, whiskey and tequila or tia maria.
• 3 pour into mugs and top with lots of whipped cream.
