Mexican Hot Fudge Sundae

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly brewed strong coffee
  • 16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • vanilla ice cream
  • toasted pine nuts (optional)
  • fresh mint leaves

Recipe

  • 1 bring the cream and 1/2 cup of the coffee to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  • 2 remove from heat.
  • 3 add the chocolate and cinnamon.
  • 4 stir until chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • 5 mix in vanilla.
  • 6 scoop the ice cream into bowls and top with warm chocolate sauce, pine nuts and mint. enjoy!
