Creme Brulee

Total Time: 33 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 28 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1 cup light vanilla soymilk
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons powdered french vanilla fat free non-dairy coffee creamer
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325.
  • 2 place 6 creme brulee dishes in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • 3 combine the milk, brown sugar and powder creamer in a medium skilled over medium heat. stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • 4 in the meantime, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla extract.
  • 5 remove the milk mixture from heat and whisk in the egg mixture.
  • 6 pour into 6 creme brulee dishes.
  • 7 pour hot water into the baking dish.
  • 8 bake for 28 minutes.
