Creme Brulee

Ingredients
- 5 egg whites
- 1 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 1 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons powdered french vanilla fat free non-dairy coffee creamer
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 place 6 creme brulee dishes in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- 3 combine the milk, brown sugar and powder creamer in a medium skilled over medium heat. stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- 4 in the meantime, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla extract.
- 5 remove the milk mixture from heat and whisk in the egg mixture.
- 6 pour into 6 creme brulee dishes.
- 7 pour hot water into the baking dish.
- 8 bake for 28 minutes.
