Clean Eating Coffee Creamer

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk (or soy milk)
- 3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon extract, of your choice (extra vanilla extract, almond extract, orange extract or any other extract)
- 2 tablespoons honey (i may do this a little less next time)
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum (i actually left this out, it's to thicken it)
Recipe
- 1 in a blender mix all ingredients until well blended.
- 2 pour in a container of choice and keep it in the fridge.
- 3 it's lower in calories than the stuff you buy in the store. the stuff i had was 50 calories per 1 tbsp ( if you want creamer usually you don't use just 1 tbsp) and this is 50 calories for 1/4 cup.
