Quick Orange Yogurt Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 beaten egg
• 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy cake mix, for a one layer cake
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 (8 ounce) carton orange flavored yogurt
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 in medium bowl, combine eggs and yogurt.
• 2 add cake mix.
• 3 stir until well combined.
• 4 stir in raisins.
• 5 pour batter into a greased 8x8x2 baking pan.
• 6 in small bowl, stir together sugar and cinnamon;.
