Quick Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (10 count) can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and egg until smooth. place biscuits in a 9-inch round cake pan; press over bottom and sides of pan to form crust. combine sugar and cinnamon. sprinkle over top. bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until filling is set and crust is golden brown. serve warm or cool. refrigerate leftovers-they are even better the next day.
