Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup brewed coffee, room temp
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- 2 add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
- 3 beat for 2 minutes.
- 4 stir in coffee, (batter will be thin).
- 5 pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- 7 cool completely on a wire rack.
- 8 frosting:.
- 9 beat the cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- 10 beat in sugar, milk and vanilla.
- 11 spread over cake.
- 12 sprinkle with chocolates chips.
- 13 store in refrigerator.
