Masala Mocha (spicy!)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/4 cup splenda granular (or sugar)
  • 2/3 cup stevia truvia (or sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried ancho chile powder
  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 mix together powdered milk, sweeteners, cocoa and spices.
  • 2 in a blender or mixing bowl, add the vanilla and 1 cup of coffee to the cocoa mix. blend or whisk thoroughly.
  • 3 blend in the other three cups of coffee.
  • 4 pour into cups and serve.
