Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups vodka
Recipe
- 1 dissolve the coffee in the boiling water.
- 2 add the sugar and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 3 allow to cool completely to room temperature.
- 4 add the vanilla and the vodka and mix thoroughly.
- 5 store in the refrigerator in a bottle or a pitcher with a tight fitting lid (i keep mine in a lock & lock pitcher).
