Dee's Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup shortening
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup coffee
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 cream the shortening, sugar and cocoa together.
• 2 add molasses, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. add flour and baking soda.
• 3 add coffee and chocolate chips.
• 4 bake at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
