- 1 liter coffee ice cream, softened but not melted
- 1/2 cup brandy
- shaved semisweet chocolate
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine ice cream and brandy.
- 2 blend until all very smooth.
- 3 serve in glasses.
- 4 garnish with chocolate on top.
