Classic Bisquick Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups bisquick
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1/3 cup bisquick
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 375.
• 2 grease 8 x 8 square pan.
• 3 stir all cake ingredients in medium bowl.
• 4 spread in pan.
• 5 mix topping ingredients in a small bowl (cut in butter with a fork).
• 6 sprinkle topping of cake mixture.
• 7 bake 18-22 minutes, or til golden.
