coffee liqueur

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 3/4 cup instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 1 hr

  • in a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water. bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. remove from heat, stir in instant coffee, and allow to cool.
  • when cool, stir in vanilla extract and . pour into clean bottles. close bottles tightly, and store in a cool dark place.
