- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg

- 1 (21 ounce) can pie filling

Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 2 teaspoons baking powder.
- 3 place egg into measuring cup and add enough milk to measure 1 cup.
- 4 add to other ingredients and mix until combined.
- 5 pour into 9x13-inch pan.
- 6 spread pie filling over top of batter.
- 7 combine remaining 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, and 1/2 cup melted butter until crumbly.
- 8 sprinkle over coffee cake.
- 9 bake at 350°f for 40-50 minutes.
- 10 this is best eaten the day it is made.
