- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- melt butter over a low heat. stir cocoa, coffee and vanilla into the butter. mix in powdered sugar and milk. beat until smooth. frost cookies and enjoy.
