Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 gala apple, peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 5 mins

  • run the carrots and apple through a juice extractor and pour the resulting juice into a glass. stir in the coconut milk and garnish with freshly grated ginger root.
