Fruit Batido

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup chopped papaya
  • 1/4 cup white sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tray ice cubes

  • blend milk, papaya, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth; add ice and blend until slushy.
