Jrs Creamy Christmas Brew (aka Homemade) Irish Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup scotch
• 24 ounces half-and-half cream
• 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/4 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

Recipe

• 1 beat the egg, then mix all together thoroughly. taste and tweak as necessary (we usually go a little heavy on the scotch, coffee & syrup). pour into clean brown glass bottles and store in the refrigerator. shake bottles every other day. tastes better after "aging" 2 weeks but is also great consumed right away. feel free to use the cheap scotch as the price you pay has no effect on the flavor.
