Ingredients

- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup half-and-half or 1/4 cup soymilk
Recipe
- 1 boil the water and pour into a mug.
- 2 add the molasses and stir until dissolved.
- 3 add milk or half-and-half.
- 4 you may use more or less milk as desired.
- 5 enjoy hot!
