Passover Marble Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup matzo meal (cake)
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 lightly grease a 10 inch bundt or tube cake pan.
  • 3 melt the chocolate.
  • 4 beat the eggs and sugar on medium speed for 15 minutes.
  • 5 add meal and potato starch.
  • 6 beat on lowest speed until just mixed.
  • 7 pour 3/4 of the batter into the prepared pan.
  • 8 add melted chocolate to the remaining 1/4 of the batter.
  • 9 stir until evenly mixed.
  • 10 spoon chocolate batter into pan and swirl through with a fork.
  • 11 bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
  • 12 let cool 10 minutes before inverting.
