Passover Marble Cake

Ingredients

- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup matzo meal (cake)
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 lightly grease a 10 inch bundt or tube cake pan.
- 3 melt the chocolate.
- 4 beat the eggs and sugar on medium speed for 15 minutes.
- 5 add meal and potato starch.
- 6 beat on lowest speed until just mixed.
- 7 pour 3/4 of the batter into the prepared pan.
- 8 add melted chocolate to the remaining 1/4 of the batter.
- 9 stir until evenly mixed.
- 10 spoon chocolate batter into pan and swirl through with a fork.
- 11 bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
- 12 let cool 10 minutes before inverting.
