Chocolate Banana Espresso Cooler

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup espresso
  • 3/4 cup skim milk or 3/4 cup soymilk
  • 3 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1 cup ice

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve splenda in hot espresso and add extracts. chill until it reaches room temperature.
  • 2 add milk.
  • 3 place ice, coffee, and cocoa in blender and mix until drink is smooth.
