Sesame Tofu Dressing

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 (12 ounce) package tofu, drained
  • 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • salt to taste

  • place the tofu, yogurt, sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt in a blender. blend until smooth.
