Lots Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 4 tablespoons oleo
• 2 cups flour
• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups frozen blueberries
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Recipe

• 1 mix blueberries with 2 tablespoons sugar and nutmeg.
• 2 grease 8" glass baking dish.
• 3 bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 mins.
• 4 melt oleo and cool.
• 5 mix flour, baking soda and salt.
• 6 wisk milk, sugar, eggs into batter stir into flour mixture.
• 7 stir in blueberries.
• 8 bake 50-60 min.
• 9 cool 30 min before serving.
