Coffee Cream Pie!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 baked pastry shells
- 12 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350.
- 2 combine flour, salt and sugar, mix well.
- 3 add in the coffee and milk.
- 4 cook until thick, and stir constantly.
- 5 slowly stir in beaten yolks, cook 1 minute.
- 6 add butter, combine.
- 7 let cool well.
- 8 when cooled, pour into shell.
- 9 meringue:.
- 10 beat whites until frothy. gradually add in the sugar and vanilla extract, & continue to beat until stiff.
- 11 top pie with meringue.
- 12 bake for 10-15 minutes.
