- 300 ml creamy milk
- 50 g chocolate, drops (for cooking)
- 10 ml instant coffee granules
- 15 -30 ml brandy
- whipped cream
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 heat milk, chocolate and coffee to boiling in a medium jug, about 2-5mins.
- 2 stir well, add the brandy, pour into a glass or mug, top with whipped cream and sprinkle the cinnamon.
