Peach Coffee Cake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup firm butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (29 ounce) can peaches, drained

Recipe

  • 1 grease & flour 9x13 pan.
  • 2 mix 2/3 cup cake mix with sugar, nuts and butter until crumbly.
  • 3 beat eggs and blend in sour cream and remaining cake mix, batter will be slightly lumpy.
  • 4 spread 1/2 batter in pan, sprinkle top with 1/2 sugar mixture. spoon on peaches, spoon on rest of batter and top with rest of sugar mixture.
  • 5 bake 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
