One-minute Microwave Mug Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons self-rising flour
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon water
• 2 teaspoons water
• 2 teaspoons oil or 2 teaspoons melted margarine or 2 teaspoons applesauce
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 1/4 teaspoons brown sugar
• 1/4-1/2 teaspoon oil or 1/4-1/2 teaspoon melted margarine
• 1 dash salt
• 1 tablespoon oatmeal

Recipe

• 1 mix dry ingredients for the batter, and add liquid ingredients.
• 2 mix streusel ingredients.
• 3 spray coffee mug with nonstick cooking spray. (optional).
• 4 pour in half of the batter.
• 5 top with two thirds of the streusel.
• 6 spoon on the rest of the batter.
• 7 top with remaining streusel.
• 8 microwave for one minute.
