Ingredients
8 ounces milk
1 scoop high quality protein powder, i use vanilla spirutein
1 small banana
3 coffee ice cubes (regular o decaf have fun with flavored coffee)
Recipe
1 put all ingredients in a blender and liquefy. drink immediately.
