Low Gl Iced Coffee Frappé

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (to taste)
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/3 cup chilled vanilla-flavored soymilk or 1/3 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 combine the instant coffee, sugar, ice cubes, and water in a cocktail shaker or wide-mouth jar with tight fitting lid. secure lid and shake vigorously until frothy, about 30 seconds. pour into a tall glass, add the soy milk and stir to mix. sprinkle the cinnamon and serve with a straw.
